3. the reason: damaged or defective product, wrong size, or change of mind.

📸 Damaged or defective product? After your message, we'll ask you for a photo by email. In this case you don't need to send anything back: we offer a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

↩️ Changed your mind? You have 14 days after delivery. We'll email you the address and the steps to follow. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
